UCB SA received notifications pursuant to article 74, §7 of the law of 1 April 2007 on public takeover bids from Financière de Tubize SA, Schwarz Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG and UCB Fipar SA on 22 November 2007, 11 December 2007 and 28 December 2007 respectively.

On 25 August 2024, UCB SA received an updated notification pursuant to article 74, §8 of the law of 1 April 2007 on public takeover bids from Financière de Tubize SA, in which is declared that:

• Financière de Tubize SA acquired 411 943 UCB shares since 31 July 2023; 
• On 31 July 2024, Financière de Tubize SA held 70 502 554 UCB shares on a total number of 194 505 658, i.e. 36.25%.
