Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), a critical enabler for inclusion, innovation and growth

In other words, we use DE&I as a transformative tool for change that fuels our growth and drives impact. Although we have made strides in DE&I, we continuously strive for progress, acknowledging the journey to systemic change.

Equity

Ensuring all employees are offered fair treatment, access to opportunities for development, advancement, compensation and reward as per their aspirations.
 

Inclusion

The practice of respecting individual differences, creating environments where all people feel valued, respected and supported, capturing the advantages that this provides to drive greater impact and value in our work.
