Pursuant to Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of large shareholdings, UCB SA/NV announces that it received a transparency notification from BlackRock, Inc. (having its registered office at 50 Hudson Yards, New York, NY, 10001, U.S.A.), on 5 November 2024.

BlackRock, Inc. notified that, following a disposal of UCB shares with voting rights by its affiliates, its shareholding in UCB SA decreased and crossed the 5% threshold downwards on 4 November 2024.

On 4 November 2024, BlackRock, Inc. (taking into account the holding of its affiliates) owned 9 710 241 UCB shares with voting rights and 73 003 assimilated financial instruments, representing together 5.03 % of the total number of shares issued by the company (194 505 658), versus 5.07% (9 815 274 UCB shares and 45 273 assimilated financial instruments) in the previous notification dated 7 October 2024.
